Established in Las Terrenas 15 years ago, these great travelers found here the ideal nest to start a family of 3 children and create a new vision in the concept of housing on the Samaná peninsula.

Elsa, involved in the  environmental preservation , and Yoann, who specialized in Chinese medicine, naturally turned to sustainable construction projects that respect the natural environment and ecosystems. On top of the projects, they seek to optimize energy flows, the use of natural materials, favor the local tradesmen and give a zen spirit to their constructions.

Designers and builders, Elsa and Yoann, the founders of BE DESIGN, create in Las Terrenas original projects of ecological residences that prioritize life style in harmony with nature and its energies.

After the certain success of Villas Vitao, an ecological residence of 14 homes, they launch two new programs of contemporary villas, AUM and PRANA, whose ambitions are, as always, ecological.

In an exuberant vegetation, PRANA consists of 4 individual villas under the shelter of the coconut trees.

Constantly in searching for serenity, these cozy individual villas, aesthetic and ecological are designed by Elsa and Yoann for a life of holidays in a natural environment. The 350 sqm plots are surrounded by tall vegetation to preserve privacy.The contemporary architecture of the villas puts the emphasis on lighting and comfort, with a fluidity between the interior and exterior spaces. AUM is a high standard project of 6 villas, independent or semi-detached, located on a hill that offers a panoramic view over the beaches of Las Terrenas, from Cosón to Popy.
